At Mandala Scrubs, we want you to feel confident in your uniform, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn and unwashed items. Ensure your gear fits perfectly and meets our high standards of comfort, or we will make it right.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure all original tags are attached and the scrubs are in their original condition.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
